Breakwater Training was founded by the team behind Sea School, one of the leading maritime training schools. Each year, Sea School trains more than 7,500 students to prepare them for careers in the maritime industry. That experience - building and managing a nationwide training organization rooted in real-world results - became the foundation for something bigger.
With Breakwater, we’re expanding our mission beyond the water and into the skilled trades that power our communities - HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Our goal is to bring the same hands-on, career-driven training that made Sea School a trusted name in maritime education to a new generation of trades professionals.
